There’s a big chance that you subscribed to Streamlabs Ultra (formerly Prime), mainly for the transitions, sounds, low-thirds, or to stream multiple platform. But you probably changed software, tool, or you don’t want to continue the subscription, because of the switching to Streamlabs Ultra, then this is the time to cancel. Once you disable the premium, then you no longer able to use it’s benefits. Also, keep in mind, that If you purchased the subscription in a discounted price, after the cancellation, If you want to renew the package, you can’t start with that same price.
After you registered on Streamlabs and set it up, now you maybe don’t want to pay anymore the premium. With Streamlabs Prime, you gained access to tools like merch store, themes and transitions, logo maker, unqiue apps, etc. You also got some premium features in Chatbot options, or in Streamlabs OBS. But with Streamlabs Ultra is made a step further, with give access to other tools like Melon, Willow, or Streamlabs Editor.
1. Cancel Streamlabs Ultra
The first step is that you need to login to Streamlabs with your account. After you logged in, you need to go ahead and click on the Memberships under your profile at the upper right corner. Before, the change you found the Subscriptions under the Settings options, but this is changed. Currently, they are promoting the new “Ultra” premium package, so the logo shows that as well.

After you clicked on the Memberships option, scroll down a little bit and search for the “Manage Subscription” option. It will be a small text, but should be placed at the right side.
The next thing you will see some advertisement about the subscriptions, and about the benefits that it gives. Click on the Continue here button, then click on the “Cancel Plan” button. There are some effort that they will give, to keep you in the subscription loop, but It’s fully your choice, click on the button If you don’t want to do it.
The last thing will be a popup where they ask you why you are going. You can give a decent answer, or not. Also, there will be an option to “Keep Ultra”, however If you want to delete your plan, click on the “Continue Canceling” link. After that a successful message should appear, where they say you canceled your plan.
And that’s it! Your subscription for Streamlabs Ultra is gone.
